How does billing work right now?
During the pilot we invoice directly, with no card on file. Pilot accounts are free for 90 days. After that you pick per-package or unlimited, or stop.
What counts as one package?
One permit application: every file you upload together for one jurisdiction and one scope of work. Re-running it after you fix the issues doesn't count again.
Do you have pricing for expediting firms?
Yes. If you submit for several contractors, tell us your monthly volume when you request access.
Can I cancel Unlimited?
Yes, any time. It's month to month.
